Last Week’s Question:
Royal Albert Hall was the first building to be constructed in what fashion?
Answer: Royal Albert Hall was the first building to be constructed top-down, with its dome being created separately, tested in Manchester, and finally delivered to London, where it was successfully assembled. The hall was opened officially on March 29, 1871 with Queen Victoria and Edward, Prince of Wales in attendence.
At last my amateur Scottish knowledge kicks into gear. Bagpipes.
